Today, on October 21, 2022, the Kelakarai Thassim Beevi Abdul Qadir Women’s College celebrated the birthday of its late founder, Mr. P.S. Abdul Rahman. The event took place at the college’s auditorium.

During the celebration, a special tribute titled “The Most Desired Deeds of the Compassionate Leader” was delivered by Mrs. Hajiyaa A.P.J.M. Nasima Maraikayar, the sister-in-law of the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. The event was attended by Mr. German P.S.A. Arif Rahman, Mr. Maruthu Physician Rahmatunisa Abdul Rahman, Mr. Alhaj Kalith A.K. Bukhari, Principal Mr. S. Sumaiya, as well as students and teachers of the college.
